Who can take part

  • You must have one of these cancer types: ovarian, esophageal, triple-negative breast, non-small cell lung, small cell lung, head and neck, cervical, or endometrial cancer.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or spread to other parts of the body and you must have tried standard treatments or not be able to get them.
  • You must be able to provide a sample of your tumor tissue from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in good enough physical condition to be up and about (able to do light work or daily activities).
  • You must not have had certain prior treatments targeting PTK7 or topoisomerase 1 inhibitors for the specific study phase.
