Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be an advanced solid tumor (it has spread or come back and can't be cured with standard treatments).
  • You must have tried at least one type of standard cancer therapy that didn't work or stopped working.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan and be able to have a biopsy (a small tissue sample taken from a tumor).
  • You should be feeling generally well — able to do light activities like caring for yourself or doing housework (performance status 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have had a previous severe immune reaction to immunotherapy that made you stop that treatment, and you cannot have taken an anti-CCR8 drug before.
