  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You currently do less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week.
  • You do not have a nerve, heart, muscle, or bone condition that affects activity.
  • You have not been diagnosed with a memory, thinking, or mental health disorder.
  • You have not had an injury or surgery in the last six months that limits movement.
