Who can take part
- Age 18 or older with heart failure and an implanted heart device (ICD or CRT)
- At least 3 months since your device was implanted with no complications
- Heart failure classified as NYHA Class II or III (moderate symptoms with some activity limitations)
- No major shoulder problems, shoulder surgery, or arm-affecting conditions before your device
