Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or recurrent cervical cancer that is PD-L1 positive (a test showing certain protein levels).
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy for advanced or recurrent disease.
- You are 18 years or older and able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan and you haven't had radiation to that area (unless the tumor grew after radiation).
- You can provide a tissue sample (like from a previous biopsy) and your blood, liver, kidney, and thyroid function are within safe ranges.
- You do not have certain other cancer types (like mucinous or clear cell) or serious health issues like uncontrolled infections, heart problems, or autoimmune diseases.
