Who can take part

  • You must have already completed a previous study where you took fenofibrate for PBC (study number NCT05751967).
  • If you are a woman who could get pregnant, you must use at least one barrier method (like condoms) plus another effective birth control method during the study and for 3 months after the last dose. Men with partners who could become pregnant must also follow these rules.
  • You cannot have had to stop treatment with a drug called seladelpar in a previous PBC study because of side effects.
  • You must not have any other medical condition that would make it unsafe or unfair for you to be in the trial, in the opinion of the study doctor.
