Who can take part
- You must be between 11 and 14 years old.
- Your weight needs to be in the overweight or obese range (based on BMI).
- You need to speak English.
- You must have internet access (WiFi or data) to join online group meetings.
- Your home must be in Lubbock County, Texas, or nearby.
- You should not be currently in another weight management program, and you must not have any medical or mental health condition that would make participation hard (like pregnancy or a serious developmental delay).
