Who can take part
- Women between 18 and 55 years old
- Undergoing breast cancer surgery with general anesthesia at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University
- In generally good health (no serious heart, lung, brain, or kidney disease)
- No long-term trouble sleeping (chronic insomnia) or use of sleep medication in the past month
- No history of mental health or sleep disorders
