Who can take part

  • You are 18–75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer (stages 1–3) confirmed by biopsy
  • You have persistent insomnia (trouble falling or staying asleep) that meets medical diagnostic criteria
  • You can attend at least 8 out of 10 treatment sessions over the study period
  • You are willing not to start chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery while in the study
  • You do not have other sleep disorders like sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome
