  • You are a healthy man or a woman with regular periods
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30
  • You do not have any ongoing medical conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, or stomach problems
  • You don't smoke, vape, or drink more than 14 units of alcohol per week
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
