Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 25, and you weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You are in good health, with normal heart, chest, and lab tests.
  • You are a non-smoker or a moderate smoker (no more than 10 cigarettes a day).
  • You do not have high blood pressure or a history of serious medical conditions.
  • If you are a woman able to have children, you agree to use birth control or are surgically sterile.
