  • You are older than 18 years.
  • You are about to have your first successful cardioversion (medication or electric shock) or your first catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation or flutter.
  • You have symptoms of atrial fibrillation or flutter, like a fluttering heart, shortness of breath, or fatigue.
