- Between 18 and 75 years old
- Diagnosed with moderate to severe muscle weakness from myasthenia gravis that hasn't responded to usual treatments
- A score of at least 6 on a muscle weakness questionnaire, with more than half the points coming from non-eye symptoms
- Positive for certain antibodies related to myasthenia gravis (AChR or MuSK)
- Stable on a low dose of steroids (if taking them)
