Who can take part
- You must have a type of advanced solid tumor cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor must have a known change in the KRAS gene (called a mutation or amplification).
- For one part of this study (Arm D), your tumor must have a high level of PD-L1 (at least 50%).
- You must have already received, be unable to get, or chosen not to receive the usual standard treatments for your cancer.
- You cannot have untreated cancer that has spread to your brain.
- You cannot have a history of a certain lung condition called interstitial lung disease or active lung inflammation.
