Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 19 years old
  • You have been vaping nicotine at least once a week for the past 3 months or longer
  • You do not regularly smoke cigarettes or other smoked tobacco (fewer than 5 days per week)
  • You are willing to try to quit or reduce your vaping in the next 30 days
  • You can read and write in English or Spanish
  • You have a parent or guardian who can give permission for you to join
  • You have not used any stop-smoking medicine (like nicotine patches, gum, or prescription pills) in the past month
