  • You are generally healthy with no heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 25.
  • You are between 20 and 50 years old.
  • You currently eat a low-Mediterranean diet.
  • You live in the Okanagan area.
  • You have no major digestive conditions, food allergies, or recent antibiotic use.
