- You are between 30 and 75 years old.
- You have a confirmed or likely diagnosis of MSA with Parkinson-like symptoms (MSA-P).
- Your MSA symptoms started within the last 5 years.
- You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) with or without a walking aid.
- You have tried levodopa but it hasn't helped much.
- You do not have dementia or other serious brain conditions, and are generally healthy enough for the study.
