Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 75 years old.
  • You have a confirmed or likely diagnosis of MSA with Parkinson-like symptoms (MSA-P).
  • Your MSA symptoms started within the last 5 years.
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) with or without a walking aid.
  • You have tried levodopa but it hasn't helped much.
  • You do not have dementia or other serious brain conditions, and are generally healthy enough for the study.
