  • Age 30–75 years old
  • Confirmed or probable MSA-C diagnosis (a brain disorder affecting balance) with symptoms for no more than 5 years
  • Relatively mild motor symptoms on the standard MSA rating scale
  • Expected to live at least 1 more year
  • No other brain conditions or cancers that could cause similar symptoms
  • Able to have an MRI scan and lumbar puncture (spinal tap) safely
