Who can take part
- You are 12 to 17 years old and weigh at least 66 pounds (30 kg).
- You have had eczema for at least 6 months.
- Your eczema covers at least 10% of your body (about the area of 10 palms).
- Your eczema is moderate to severe, with a score of at least 16 on a skin scale (EASI) and a score of 3 or higher on a doctor's rating (IGA).
- You have daily itching scores averaging at least 4 out of 10 in the week before starting the study.
