Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (a common type of pancreatic cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have not received any previous cancer treatment for metastatic disease, though you may qualify if you had prior treatment before the cancer spread and it progressed more than 6 months after that treatment ended.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your major organs are working well, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
