New auto-CPAP algorithm for sleep apnea

This study tests a new, smarter way for your CPAP machine to automatically adjust air pressure while you sleep. If you have a ResMed AirSense 10 or 11 and have been using it for a few months, you may be eligible.

Who can take part

  • You have been using a ResMed AirSense 10 or 11 machine for at least 3 months.
  • Your machine is set to AutoSet (APAP) mode (automatically adjusting pressure).
  • You are not using a BiPAP or other non-CPAP breathing machine.
  • You have no serious lung conditions like COPD, lung cancer, or a recent lung infection.
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You are not currently in another medical research study.
