Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You had a heart attack and got a stent for the first time.
  • Your heart's pumping strength is between 35% and 50% (measured by an echo test).
  • You can think clearly, follow instructions, and use a smartphone to talk with the study team.
  • You do not have other serious heart conditions, cancer with short life expectancy, or severe liver/kidney disease.
