Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 26 years old.
  • You can read and understand English.
  • You are a registered student at one of the two study college campuses.
  • You have reliable internet and a webcam (built into most laptops or phones).
  • In the past month, you have had a heavy drinking episode (4 drinks for women, 5 for men) at least once.
  • You have had a negative alcohol-related consequence in the past month, or you have been given an alcohol sanction by the school.
  • You are interested in drinking less or not drinking more.
