  • You are a senior in college and expect to graduate from the University of Washington or University of Houston.
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You are a full-time student.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You can attend three weekly online video sessions (on a secure Zoom).
  • You are willing to provide your phone number, email, and mailing address for reminders and payment.
  • You have had at least one drink in the past week and your drinking habits are considered risky (based on a standard screening questionnaire).
  • You are at least a little interested in drinking less.
