- You are a full-time undergraduate student at the study site.
- You are between 18 and 24 years old.
- You can read and speak English.
- In the past month (28 days), you have had at least 2 episodes of binge drinking (4 or more drinks for females, 5 or more for males in a short time).
- In the past month, you have had at least 2 episodes of binge eating (eating a very large amount of food and feeling out of control).
- You have not received mental health or substance use treatment in the past month.
