  • You are between 21 and 50 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 25 and 30.
  • You can provide saliva and stool samples as needed.
  • You are willing to increase your fiber intake to USDA recommendations.
  • You have had a stable weight (within 3% of usual) for the last two months.
  • You do not have any untreated thyroid, gut, or immune-related conditions, and you have not used antibiotics in the last 4 months.
