Who can take part

  • You are 17 or 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with epilepsy (seizures that start in one part or both sides of the brain).
  • You need to keep seeing an epilepsy doctor as part of your regular care.
  • You are not just having an EEG test without an epilepsy diagnosis.
  • Your last check-up showed you still need epilepsy follow-up (you are not considered 'cured').
