  • Aged 18 to 35 years old
  • Have a forward head posture (craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees)
  • Willing to avoid other treatments during the study
  • No neck, spine, arm, or leg pain in the last 3 months
  • Body mass index (BMI) under 25
  • No history of neck injuries or surgeries, chronic headaches, or conditions affecting balance or muscle control
