Who can take part
- You have had surgery to remove pancreatic cancer, and it was confirmed to be a common type originating from the pancreatic duct.
- You meet at least one 'high-risk' feature, such as a moderate or poor differentiation grade, certain tumor stage (like T3N0M0 or N1/N2), a positive margin, involvement of the portal vein, or a high CA19-9 or positive ctDNA result before chemotherapy.
- You have completed standard postoperative treatment, which includes chemotherapy (based on gemcitabine or fluorouracil) and possibly radiation.
- You are able to take oral medication.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in generally good health (able to do light activity) and have adequate organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys).
