  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are a patient at University of Miami, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, or Jackson Health Systems in Florida.
  • You had a breast biopsy with a BIRADS score between 0 and 5.
  • You are a new breast patient at one of these hospitals.
  • You are able to fill out a survey.
