Who can take part

  • You are 19 years old or older.
  • It has been at least 6 months since your stroke.
  • You can walk at least 10 meters (you may use a cane or walker if needed).
  • Your stroke symptoms are mild to moderate and you can do daily activities with some help.
  • You do not have any serious thinking or memory problems that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You are not currently in or planning to start stroke rehab services.
