Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery and has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are able to perform daily activities without significant help (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have a tumor tissue sample available for testing.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during and for 12 weeks after treatment.
