Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not an option for you.
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor on a scan.
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You have not had a prior treatment with a drug similar to AMT-676 (a drug that targets the same protein or uses a topoisomerase I inhibitor).
  • You do not have cancer that has spread to the brain, a history of severe skin reactions, or active lung inflammation.
