Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer and your doctor has recommended robotic prostate removal surgery.
  • You are between the ages of 18 and 65.
  • You are not allergic to common pain medicines like NSAIDs, morphine, or tramadol.
  • You do not have chronic kidney failure.
  • Your cancer has not come back (recurrence), spread to other parts of the body (metastasis), or you have another type of cancer.
  • You are able to have surgery and participate in a research study.
