Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your lung cancer type must be a specific kind called ALK-positive lung adenocarcinoma.
- Your cancer must be stage IIA to IIIB and thought to be removable with surgery (or possibly removable).
- You cannot have had any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy for this lung cancer.
- You must be in good enough health to have normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and no serious infections or other major illnesses.
