ALK-positive Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

This trial tests a new targeted pill (Iruplaltinib) combined with chemotherapy before surgery for patients with a specific type of lung cancer (ALK-positive non-squamous NSCLC). The goal is to shrink the tumor to make surgery more successful and potentially improve outcomes. This approach is called neoadjuvant therapy, meaning it's given before the main treatment (surgery).
