Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 74 years old.
- You have psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis (diagnosed by a skin or joint doctor).
- You are about to start one of these biologic medicines as part of your usual care: secukinumab (Cosentyx), bimekizumab (Bimzelx), or ixekizumab (Taltz).
- You have not taken similar biologic medications (targeting IL-17 or IL-23) in the last 6 months.
- You can safely have an MRI scan (no metal in your body, no claustrophobia issues, no specific tattoos).
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant.
