- You are starting HIV treatment for the first time

- Your kidney function is good (eGFR above 60)
- You are a beneficiary of the Mexican Social Security Institute treated at La Raza National Medical Center
- You have mild-to-moderate sleep, mood, or anxiety symptoms
- You are not currently taking antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications
