Who can take part

  • You are 45 to 75 years old.
  • You had a heart attack or angina between 3 and 12 months ago and were treated with stents, bypass surgery, or medicines.
  • Your heart symptoms are mild (no chest pain or shortness of breath with everyday activities).
  • You are not currently active (you don't exercise regularly or do structured workouts).
  • You don't have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or serious heart valve problems.
