This study looks at how exercise affects people with aortic aneurysms and how the aorta's structure relates to its function. You may join if you have an aortic aneurysm and are being monitored or scheduled for surgery, or if you are a healthy person for comparison.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have an aortic aneurysm (either being watched or getting ready for surgery) OR you are a healthy person without heart disease for comparison.
- You do not have any metal implants in your body (like a pacemaker, aneurysm clips, or shrapnel) that would make an MRI unsafe.
- You are not very claustrophobic (afraid of tight spaces) and can lie still in an MRI machine.
- You can pedal a stationary bike lying down for the exercise test.
- You do not have certain heart defects (like a hole in the heart) or severe valve problems.
