Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You were recently diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
  • You had no problems sleeping before your injury.
  • Your imaging scan (like a CT or MRI) showed changes in your brain.
  • You are not currently being treated with surgery for your injury.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have a history of head injury, mental health issues, or alcohol problems.
  • You are not taking any medicines that affect sleep.
