Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- You must have a medically diagnosed traumatic brain injury (TBI) of any severity.
- If your injury happened recently (within 12 weeks), you can join the early part; if it's been more than 12 months, you can join the later part.
- You must be able to wear a small activity tracker (like a Fitbit) for 2 weeks at home.
- You cannot have a pre-existing sleep disorder (like insomnia or sleep apnea) or work night shifts.
- You cannot have another neurological condition like stroke, brain tumor, or epilepsy.
