Who can take part
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (ER>10%, PR>10%) and HER2-negative.
- You have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation.
- After surgery, no cancer was found in other parts of the body on imaging tests.
- You had neoadjuvant therapy and still had cancer in the breast, or your surgical pathology shows at least pN2 (cancer in 4 or more lymph nodes).
- Your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys) work well.
