Who can take part
- Women aged 18 to 75
- Your cancer is HR+ (tested positive for estrogen or progesterone) and HER2- (a negative marker)
- You had surgery (lumpectomy or mastectomy) within the past 6 months
- Your cancer spread to at least 1 lymph node under your arm, with either 4+ nodes or 1-3 nodes plus a high-risk feature (like a large tumor, high grade, or high Ki-67)
- You have not had CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment before
- You have no serious lung problems or other major illnesses
