Who can take part
- You have confirmed metastatic (advanced) breast cancer, or stage IV breast cancer that cannot be fully removed with surgery
- Your tumor is ER-positive and/or progesterone-receptor positive (at least 1% tumor cells stain positive on the latest test)
- Your breast cancer is HER2-negative/low (HER2 IHC 0, 1+, or 2+ with a negative ISH test)
- You have a germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation, or many specific “HRD” gene changes (as listed by the study)
- You’re a woman who is premenopausal (still having periods or meet study blood-test rules while on certain hormone treatments), and you can’t be pregnant
- Your current health allows treatment (activity level ECOG 0–2, and blood counts/kidney/liver tests meet set thresholds)
