Who can take part

  • Child must be between 4 and 18 years old
  • Diagnosed with vernal keratoconjunctivitis (a severe eye allergy) by a doctor
  • Has not had any drug treatment for this eye condition recently
  • No other eye diseases (except needing glasses or contacts)
  • No history of gut problems like Crohn's or Celiac disease in the past two weeks
  • Has not taken antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, probiotics, or certain supplements in the last 3 months
