This trial combines targeted radiation (SBRT) with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) to treat colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and can't be removed by surgery. It aims to help shrink or control tumors in patients whose cancer has a normal DNA repair system (pMMR/MSS).

Who can take part

  • Your colorectal cancer has spread to the liver and a surgeon says it cannot be fully removed by surgery.
  • Your liver tumors are 6 cm or smaller and can be seen on scans.
  • You have at least 700 cc of healthy liver outside the area being treated with radiation.
  • You have not had prior radiation to the liver or nearby tissue.
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh score A or better) and you have not had active hepatitis or cirrhosis.
  • You have not had previous treatment with PD-1 or similar immunotherapy drugs.
