Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a type of colon or rectal cancer called MSS or pMMR adenocarcinoma (these are specific genetic features).
- The rectal cancer must be at a certain stage (T3–4 or N1–2) and have spread to the liver but nowhere else.
- You cannot have had any previous cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
