Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with hand osteoarthritis by your doctor.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are having trouble with daily activities like cooking, dressing, or writing.
  • You do not have severe vision or hearing loss that would make group participation hard.
  • You are able to join group sessions (you can attend at least two sessions).
  • Your trouble with daily activities is not mainly due to a short-term illness.
