Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have received a kidney transplant
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is above 15 ml/min/1.73 sq m at the time cAMR was diagnosed
  • You were diagnosed with cAMR after January 1, 2018, based on the 2018 Banff classification
  • You are willing to give informed consent to take part
  • You have not had a combined transplant (like heart-kidney or kidney-pancreas), and your biopsy does not show other active kidney diseases
